COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Guided Wave 19283-00001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hokuyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hamamatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hokuyo such as the EP3323 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HC12504 manufactured by Hamamatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Hamamatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST1278M by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hokuyo Brand BWF11A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidenhain such as ST1271 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FFSB14R144SCC made by Honeywell as well as the popular HISTH0145K original spares produced by Hardy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IN98AE2S61A00018IN98AE2S61A00018 by Hohner and ST1271 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
